Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

For exchanges, please contact our customer support team. We will help you find the right product.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
